Born on the 25th April 1973 in New York, Tara is the younger sister of fellow pornstar Tami Monroe, with whom she appeared in the 1993 movie Sisters.
Tara is a petite (4'11") redhead with a voluptuous, surgically enhanced, figure (32D-22-32) and green eyes.

Getting into the adult film business at the urging of her sister in 1993, Tara's debut was a g-g scene in Porn in the Pen. Since then she has appeared in nearly 50 films, mainly in '93 and '94. Since 1995 she has been less active, her most recent appearance being a non-sex cameo in Turnabout in 1997.

Tara is no longer actively involved in film-making, No official fanclub or address is known to exists.
